Heavy Armor Champion

Prerequisites: Proficiency with heavy armor, Strength 13 or higher
You have grown so accustomed with your armor that you can move with unthinkable agility while wearing it. You gain the following benefits:

While wearing heavy armor, you add your Dexterity modifier to your armor class, to a maximum of +2.
Wearing heavy armor doesn't impose disadvantage on your Dexterity (Stealth) checks.
