HEALER [General]
You're Wasteland M.D., fixing them up like no one else in the wastes.
Prerequisite: Intelligence 12, Wisdom 14, 6 ranks in Treat Injury and Knowledge (Earth and Life Sciences), Medical Expert, Surgery
Benefit: You heal an additional 1d4 Hit Points when using the Treat Injury skill. It can also be used a second time successfully to restore hit points per character per day.
Normal: You heal only 1d4 Hit Points when using the Treat Injury skill and it can only be used successfully once per character per day.
Special: This feat can be taken up to 3 times.
