Halfling Lineage [Lineage]

One of your parents was a halfling, and you have inherited some of their power.

Prerequisite: 1st level, non-halfling (but have a halfling parent)

Benefit: You can use the second chance racial power (PHB 44) as a daily power. You gain a +2 bonus to saving throws against fear. You can take feats that have halfling or second chance as prerequisites as long as you meet any other requirement.

gollark: Squid had a recipe dumper thingy of some sort so I got rid of it. Given the amount of random projects I wanted code from after getting rid of them previously (at least two!) should probably not do that.
