Prerequisite(s): Must have a Fly Speed. Must be a Half-Dragon, Variant

Benefit: You gain the Half-Dragon Flyby power.

Half-Dragon Flyby Feat Power
Attack your foe viciously as you speed by on the wing.
At Will (Special) Special: Must be flying to activate. Standard Effect: You fly a number of squares up to your fly speed and make one melee basic attack at any point during that movement. You do not provoke opportunity attacks when moving away from the target of the attack.
