4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee Weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Strength Vs. AC
Hit: 2[W]+constitution modifier
Effect: You enter the stance of Escalating Storm until the end of the encounter. While in this stance, each enemy that you hit with a weapon attack takes ongoing damage equal to your Constitution modifier damage (save ends). Only one enemy can be taking this ongoing damage at a time.
