You cloak an ally in a swirlling aura of ice that prevents attacks and slices foes to bits

Target: One ally in burst
Effect: Until the end of the encounter, target gains a +3 power bonus to AC. Any enemies who miss the target take 1d6 cold damage. Any enemy that hits the target takes 1d10 cold damage
