4e Power Usage::Daily  Shadow, Weapon, Grim School
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Requirement: Must be weilding a two-handed heavy blade
Target: One Creature
Attack: Strength Vs. AC
Hit: 9[W]+ Constitution Modifier
Miss: Half damage and target is marked until the end of your next turn
Effect: Until the end of the encounter, you and the target gain a +5 bonus to attack rolls against each other.
