You smash your foe's confidence causing their weapons to grow heavier
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Shadow, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Constitution Vs. AC
Hit: 2[W]+constitution modifier and each enemy within 3 squares of you takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls until the end of your next turn
Grim Cowl: Each enemy with in 3 squares of you takes a penalty to attacks rolls equal to 1 + your Intelligence modifier until the end of your next turn.
