If you twist just so, it makes the armor they are wearing useless and gives you the advantage

4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Constitution Vs. AC
Hit: 3[W]+ Constitution Modifier damage
Grim Cowl: The target grants combat advantage to you and your allies until the start of your next turn.
