This grants Gray Aria a +5d6 bonus to damage rolls and +10d6 critical against creatures of chaotic, lawful, evil, good and non-neutral alignments.

It is the symbol of True Neutrality; any character wielding it who is only partially neutral suffers 4 negative levels and any character who is not neutral at all suffers 15 negative levels.
