Goblin, Pansaer (3.5e Creature)

Struggling to find a place to hide from your pursuers, you rush into a household, only to come face to face with a small, thin creature in the middle of reading an old scroll. He looks up at you from over his square glasses with a dour look, then begins mumbling arcane words.

The goblin prepares to unleash
arcane unpleasantness on his enemies.

The goblins of Pansaer are a race of cold, calculating scholars who often work as traders, merchants and diplomats. Most of them train in the wizardly arts, and can thus put up a good fight. Some train as rogues or rangers instead.

Combat

Goblins are first and foremost intelligent creatures, and they fight accordingly. They seek to put themselves out of harm's way, considering their own life more important than others; this is perhaps where the stereotype of the cowardly goblin stems from. They fight from range if at all possible, using all tools at their disposal, and often set traps for their enemies.

Spells Known: All 0-level spells; 1st: cause fear, charm person, color spray, magic missile and sleep. The goblin can cast 3 0-level spells and 2 first-level spells per day.

The goblin wizard presented here had the following ability scores before racial adjustments: Str 8, Dex 12, Con 10, Int 15, Wis 14, Cha 13.
