Benefit: You gain the Nopperas Strategy power

| 4e Power Action Type::Immediate Interrupt | Close burst 5 |
| Trigger: You become bloodied for the first time during an encounter. | |
| Target: One willing ally within range | |
| Effect: The ally gets to shift one square as a free action. | |
| Special: The number of allies this power can affect at one time increases to 2 at 11th level and 3 at 21st level. | |
