Benefit: You gain the Nopperas Strategy power

Nopperas Strategy	Feat Power
Your wounds help you and your allies find the perfect places to stand in battle.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Divine
4e Power Action Type::Immediate Interrupt	Close burst 5
Trigger: You become bloodied for the first time during an encounter.
Target: One willing ally within range
Effect: The ally gets to shift one square as a free action.
Special: The number of allies this power can affect at one time increases to 2 at 11th level and 3 at 21st level.
