Fury of the Fhondi [Racial]

Bonus to fire attacks when bloodied; fiery blood damage increased.

Prerequisite: Fhondi, 11th level, Wisdom 13

Benefit: When you are bloodied, you gain +1 to attack rolls with powers with the Fire keyword. Also, your damage from the Fiery Blood Racial trait is increased to 1d6.
