Frying Spell	Tsuku-Master 4e Power Type::Attack 23
You summon a basan, also known as a giant, fire-breathing chicken, in order to invite your enemies to take part in a barbecue.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Divine, Implement, Fire
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close blast 4
Target: Each creature in blast
Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2d10 + Charisma modifier fire damage, and the target takes ongoing fire damage equal to your Charisma modifier (save ends)
Special: If you happen to hit an enemy marked by your tsuku-aura with this attack, then you may choose to have that enemy also take an extra amount of fire damage equal to 2 + your Constitution modifier.
