Your weapon seemingly sheathes itself in ice into a finely pointed tip right as you deliver your blow, leaving a piece of enchanted ice lodged in your foes' body.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Primal, Weapon, Cold
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee
Attack: Wisdom Vs. AC
Hit: 2[W] + Wisdom modifier cold damage and the target takes ongoing 10 cold damage (save ends) and recieve a penalty equal to your intelligence modifier to the saving throw.
Miss: Half damage, ongoing 10 cold damage (save ends), no penalty.
