You whisper a word to your wyvern, who sends a freezing explosion at all the enemies near him.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Arcane, Cold
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close Burst 4
Target: Each enemy in burst.
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 3d10 + Strength modifier + Dexterity modifier cold damage, and the targets suffer from ongoing cold damage equal to your dexterity modifier (Save ends).
