You whisper primal words to your enemy, stealing his defense.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Primal, Implement, Psychic
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 10
Target: One creature
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Will
Hit: 2d8 + Wisdom modifier psychic damage, and the target takes penalty to Will defense equal to your Charisma modifier while you gain a +2 power bonus to Will (Save ends).
Miss: Half damage, no penalty.
