You whisper a word of great power, and a cloud of freezing fog appears to shield your allies.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Primal, Cold, Implement, Zone
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 10
Target: One creature
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d6 + Intelligence modifier cold damage. level 21: 2d6 + Intelligence modifier cold damage
Effect: You create a zone in a square adjacent to the target. The zone lasts until the end of your next turn. Allies in the zone have concealment. Reverse benefit: Effect: You create a zone in a square adjacent to the target. Enemies who start their turn in the zone take cold damage equal to your Intelligence modifier.
