Flooded Caverns (The Blackroot Falls Supplement)

The Flooded Caverns are a vast and interconnected network of subterranean rivers. Though largely unexplored, folk accounts estimate the length of the undeground water system at over 100 miles in length. Home to many troglobitic species, the Flooded Caverns are said to be infested by fish-people, specially adapted to survive their entire lives without light.
