A massive flood of seething spiders flows out from under you, drowning your foes in deadly spiders. Those slain by the spiders are doomed to an eternity imprisoned within the great web.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Arachane, Poison, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close burst 20
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2d10 + Charisma modifier poison damage, and the target takes ongoing 5 poison damage (save ends).
Miss: Half damage, and ongoing 2 poison damage (save ends).
