Flaming Burst	Pyromancer 4e Power Type::Attack 1
Holding out your hands, Fire rushes forth and burns all in it's path
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Arcane, Fire
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	close blast 2 burst 2 from bolth hands
Target: Each creature within burst
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Will
Hit: 1d4+ Int mod
Effect: Fire comes from both hands (so you can create 2 different attacks... the attack must be done for both hands) and the opponent takes an ongoing 1 fire damage.
