Flame Tempest

Prerequisites: Racial trait that allow you to deal fire damage.
You can learn how to use your innate fire to empower your attacks. You gain the following benefits:

Once per turn, you can use your bonus action to cause flame to erupt from one hit you make with an attack, dealing 1d8 fire damage in addition to the normal damage.
When you use a racial trait that allow you to deal fire damage, you can add your Constitution modifier to the damage dealt.
