You punch the air with an iron fist, and the earth mimics your motion.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Primal, Force, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area burst 2 within 20 squares
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Reflex
Hit: 3d8+Wisdom modifier Force damage, and the target is immobilized
Effect: Entering a square within the power's area costs 3 extra squares of movement. This effect ends ate the end of your next turn, and you can dismiss it as a minor action
Earth Preferance: It costs an extra 2 squares of movement to enter an effected square (5 in total)
