Target: One creature
Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex
Hit: 1D10+charisma modifier fire damage. 2D10+charisma modifier fire damage at 21st level.
Augement: Fire Effect: Make the following secondary attack against each creature adjacent to the primary target. Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex Hit: 1D8+charisma modifier fire damage. 2D8+charisma modifier fire damage at 21st level.
