4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	area burst 2 within 10 squares
Target: each enemy within burst
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2d10+ Intelligence modifier and opponent takes an ongoing 5 fire damage (save ends)
at 15th level, increase to 4d10 and area burst 6 within 20 squares
