A storm of fire surrounds your ally, burning all nearby enemies.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Primal, Implement, Fire
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Burst 1 within 10
Target: All enemies in the burst
Attack: Wisdom + 2 Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2d10 + Wisdom modifier fire damage.
Effect: Until the end of the encounter, whenever an enemy lands a successful attack on the ally in the origin square of the burst, the enemy takes fire damage equal to your Intelligence Modifier.
Special: There must be an ally in the origin square of the burst.
