Finish Him (4e Power)

Finish Him: Once an encounter use this power against a bloodied creature to finish him off. Works best if you are using a ranged weapon as a melee weapon has little range. Since it works on your allies turn, this can become a bit of a "Kill Steal" move. Try not to make your friends mad about that.

4e Power Usage::Encounter  Martial, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Immediate Reaction	Melee or Ranged
Trigger: One creature within weapon range has just taken damage.
Target: The creature that took damage.
Attack: Str/Dex Vs. AC
Hit: 1[w] + ability modifier damage, or 4[w] + ability modifier damage if the target is bloodied.
