Fast-on-feet [General]

3e Summary::You have developed faster-than-average speed.

Prerequisite: Athletic, Dash^{Complete Warrior}

Benefit: If you are wearing light or no armor, and are carrying a medium load or lighter, your base land speed increases by 10 feet. This supercedes the speed increase granted by Dash or other feats, but stacks with bonuses granted by magic items and class features.

gollark: It would either have to be timeshared on one local server like the original soviet forth implementation, or INCREDIBLY SLOW.

gollark: You have to do your operation and then save the result to memory really fast, or other ußers will mess it up.

gollark: Idea: an assembly language in the soviet forth style, where all registers are shared between all users.
