The targeting mechanisms within your eye lock on to each and every foe in your line of sight, helping guide your strikes against them.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Arcane
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close Burst 5
Requirement: Focal Eye apparatus
Target: Each enemy you can see in burst
Effect: Roll 1d4. Until the end of the encounter, you gain that as a bonus to all attack rolls against each target.
