3e Summary::You can use one of your abilities more often.
Prerequisite: Ability with limited uses per encounter (or day or week)
Benefit: Choose one of your abilities that is limited to a certain number of uses per day. This number is increased by 100%
Special: You can take this feat more than once, its effects stack. This includes ki points, power points, spell slots... etc.
