3e Summary::You can now fire an absurd number of Vector Arrows

Prerequisite: Vector Cone

Benefit: When using Vector Cone you can now target each enemy inside the cone with a number of arrows equal to 3/4s of your caster level (Rounded down)

gollark: It should *work*, but you'll lose SPUDNET and skynet connectivity, among other things. Also it's slower as it has to fall back to emergency backup very uncool reading mode.
