3e Summary::Gives gems the ability to summon their weapon

Prerequisite: Gem,

Benefit: Allows a gem to summon a construct weapon as a move action. The gem must have at least one free hand to do this. When this feat is taken a Gem must choose a weapon. That weapon gains their charisma modifier for damage instead of to hit and attacks with dexterity. If it is a weapon that uses ammunition then the ammunition is summoned at the start of each shot and disappears once it hits. The damage is electrical.
