A area of swirling energy surrounds you, and all who dare come closer will feel it again.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Primal, Implement, Fire, Cold, Lightning
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close burst 3
Target: Creatures in burst
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2d6 + Intelligence modifier fire, cold and lightning damage.
Effect: The squares of the burst become a zone that lasts until the end of your next turn. The zone moves with you. When an enemy in the zone moves closer to you, that enemy takes 1d6 fire, cold and lightning damage.
