3e Summary::Allows gems to see emotional and life energy

Prerequisite: Gem,

Benefit: A gem can see any emotions a creature has by looking at them, this gives them a +10 sense motive check for living creatures. This energy looks like butterflies and swarms of butterflies of different colors, gems know the emotion by looking at them. They can see the strength of each emotion it is experiencing. If they spend a round studying these they gain a +10 bonus to diplomacy checks with a creature.
