Elf Lineage [Lineage]

One of your parents was an elf, and you have inherited some of their power.

Prerequisite: 1st level, non-elf (but have a elven parent)

Benefit: You can use the elven accuracy racial power (PHB 40) as a daily power. You ignore difficult terrain when you shift (but not if you shift multiple squares). You can take feats that have elf or elven accuracy as prerequisites as long as you meet any other requirement.
