Target: One creature
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d6 + Intelligence modifier force damage, and you pull the target a number of squares equal to your constitution modifier. Reverse benefit: Hit: 1d6 + Intelligence modifier force damage, and you push the target a number of squares equal to your constitution modifier. Level 21: 2d6 + Intelligence modifier force damage
Special: You can use this power as a ranged basic attack.
