4e Power Action Type::Minor Action	5 squares
Effect: You or the target gain the insubstantial property and can pass through metal or earth as though they were empty squares until the end of the turn.
Sustain 4e Sustain Action Type::Minor: The target remains insubstantial and is still able to pass through metal or earth as though they were empty squares.
