A powerful punch to the ground shakes the earth around you, destabilizing anybody standing there, and inflicting damage as bits of rocks fly everywhere.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Martial, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close burst 3
Target: Every creature in burst.
Attack: Strength Vs. AC
Hit: 4[W] + Strength modifier damage. Make a secondary attack against the same target.
Miss: No secondary attack.
Secondary Attack: Strength Vs. Reflex.
Hit: Target is knocked prone.
Iron Path: Every target in burst 1 is automatically knocked prone on a hit on the primary attack.
