Your weapon fills with dread power granted to you by your evil deity.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Divine, Weapon, Necrotic
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee Weapon
Prerequisite: Must worship evil deity
Target: One creature
Attack: Charisma Vs. AC
Hit: 4[W] + Charisma modifier necrotic damage. If the target is marked by you, it also suffers a -2 penalty to AC and fortitude (Save ends).
Miss: Half damage.
