You drain the energy of lots of enemies at once.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arcane, Necrotic, Healing
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close blast 3
Target: Creatures in blast.
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 3d6 + Intelligence modifier necrotic damage, and you can spend a healing surge but regain no hit points. Instead, you regain 10 hit points for each creature affected by this power.
