Dragonborn Lineage [Lineage]

One of your parents was a dragonborn, and you have inherited some of their power.

Prerequisite: 1st level, non-dragonborn (but have a dragonborn parent)

Benefit: You may use the dragon breath racial power (PHB 34) as a daily power. Your healing surge value is equal to one quarter of your maximum hit points plus your Constitution modifier. You can take feats that have Dragonborn or dragon breath as prerequisties as long as you meet any other requirement.

gollark: Why not be better than nature (easily) allows?

gollark: That is an arbitrary and silly dividing line.

gollark: This is "unnatural" or whatever but it's probably good to have vitamin D in sufficient quantity.

gollark: I take vitamin D supplements because I was apparently somewhat horribly deficient when blood tested some time ago, for instance.

gollark: Well, by the definition of "optimal", you probably want to improve them, see.
