Dragonborn Goliath

Born from the ancestry of the dragons and raised in the highest mountain peaks, dragonborn goliaths are considered extremely rare to find, rarer to befriend, and very deadly. They wield the physical power of goliaths and live in environments that are livable for their draconic ancestry. They are sometimes filled with great might and pride or filled with regret and sorrow, therefore making them very hard to interact with unless you want your head shoved far in a stone wall. They are usually hatched from eggs and, if sent to war, destroy an army with one fell swoop.

In the event that a tribe of dragonborn and tribe of goliaths fuse, overtime the society becomes intermixed entirely if all goes well for relations. Dragonborn goliath women are a complex bunch, some laying eggs and some giving live birth, depending on the maternal ancestry of the mother. Some who lay eggs can breastfeed and some who give live births may not be able to. Dragonborn men, on the other hand, do not have varying reproductive methods as women do.

Dragonborn often being taught self-reliance and goliaths taught to pull their weight for the whole of the tribe, dragonborn goliaths strike a somewhat odd mix of both. Seeing as some are more individualistic than others, sometimes become great adventurers or leaders. Those who are more attuned to the more collective mindset may stay within the confines of the tribe but the individualism is definitely not absent as many enjoy doing their own hobbies that may differ drastically from person to person. Coming back to the more individualistic people of this race, those who become great adventurers are seen as pulling their weight as they bring glory to the tribe if successful in pursuing their goals. On the other hand, failure is seen as disgracing to the tribe and as a failure to pull their weight. As a result, if an adventurer returns with many failures, he is seen as useless and may be cast out from the tribe.

Physical Description

To humans, dragonborn goliaths are extremely frightful and should not be seen. If seen by humans, they are scaly, muscular figures. To dragonborns, they are the strongest warriors of their god. And to goliaths, they are either disgraces to their families, or an experience to learn something new. Most times, they are the color of their Draconic Ancestry, but they are rarely the grayish color Goliaths take. They are brave, rarely intelligent, and most adaptable to the environment close to their Draconic Ancestry, such as deserts, frozen tundras, or poisonous landscapes.

History

Very little is known about dragonborn goliaths. They usually leave their homelands or living spaces. But when they are roaming around villages or taverns, they sometimes tell a story about their life, or a story can be told just by their appearance.

Society

Dragonborn goliaths either stay with their goliath families, dragonborn families, or alone with no one to love. Sometimes, they are welcomed in villages, and other times, they are chased out by a riot with pitchforks, torches, and swords.
