Dragon Rises from the Sea (5e Spell)
An attack skill that launches the user forward quickly, and flings out a water-like dragon with magical energy. Blue waves emanate from the user's weapon which gathers onto the weapon’s tip and is sent out when attacking a target doing 4d8 magic damage.
