Dragon's Jump	Dragoon variant 4e Power Type::Attack 1
You leap high into the air, beyond the sight of your foes, then come crashing down on them with all the force you can muster.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Shadow, Weapon, Jump
4e Power Action Type::Move and Standard Action	Ranged speed +2
Target: One creature or square
Attack: Strength Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Strength modifier + Dexterity modifier damage
Increase damage to 2[W] + Strength modifier + Dexterity modifier at 21st level
