You call down a beam of heavenly light from the sky to bless your allies.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Divine, Implement, Radiant
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area burst 3 within 10 squares
Target: All allies in burst
Effect: All targets gain a +2 bonus to all defenses until the end of the encounter, or until the next time they are hit by an attack. When the effect is removed through an attack, the attacker takes 1d6 + wisdom modifier radiant damage.
