You draw the Divine Card from your deck and a bright bolt of light strikes your foes from the heavens
4e Power Usage::Daily  Arcane, Implement, Radiant
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 10
Target: One creature
Attack: Charisma Vs. AC
Hit: 2d8 + Charisma modifier radiant damage, and the target is dazed and takes an ongoing 5 radiant damage (save ends both).
Miss: Half damage and the target is dazed until the end of your next turn
