Distracting Tune	Bard 4e Power Type::Attack 1
You play a magnificent piece of music. Your enemies are so distracted that they accidentally attack eachother.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arcane, Implement, Charm, Psychic
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Burst 20
Target: One creature who can hear you
Attack: Charisma + 2 Vs. Will
Hit: The target makes a basic melee attack against one target of your choice.
Effect: All enemies who can hear you take a -1 penalty to all defenses until the end of your next turn.
