Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity to use Diirinka's hideous laughter.

Diirinka's Hideous Laughter	Feat Power
With a mad grin, you reduce your foe to a fit of uncontrollable laughter.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Divine', Psychic'
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 10
Target: One creature
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Will
Hit: The target is knocked prone at the end of its turn each round (save ends).
Special: You must take the Diirinka's Hideous Laughter feat to use this power.
