Dexterous Instrumental

3e Summary::

Prerequisite: Bard Class, At Least 1 Rank in a Preform Skill that uses a stringed or percussion instrument

Benefit: The character gets to use their Dexterity mod in addition to their Charisma mod on preform skill checks involving their instrument.

Normal: A character only uses their Charisma mod
