A small imp appears on your opponents shoulder, and whispers into their ear, causing them to obey your command.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arcane, Conjuration, Shadow, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close Burst 20
Target: One creature in the burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Will
Hit: 1d8 + Charisma modifier damage, and you may move the target a number of squares equal to their movement speed and make a basic attack. Afterwards, the target is stunned.
